How do I get to Ghan Eden?
We're 45 minutes from Belize City's international airport (BZE), at the center point between the capital and the airport. We can arrange an airport transfer, or rental cars and shuttles run daily. [confirm transfer details]
What are the entry requirements for Belize?
A passport valid for 6 months. No visa needed for US, Canadian, UK and EU visitors for stays under 30 days. [confirm current rules]
What should I pack?
Light clothing, walking shoes, a rain layer, swimwear, insect repellent, and binoculars if you have them. The jungle is casual — comfort wins.
What's the food like?
Natural, farm-to-table cooking with produce from our own 5-acre organic farm. We're vegan-friendly and happy to work around dietary needs.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Stays have a 2-night minimum.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund 14+ days before arrival, 50% refund 7–13 days before, no refund within 7 days.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes — every room has discounted weekly and monthly rates (for example, the Tapir Suite is from $145/night, $980/week, or $3,700/month). Longer stays are welcome.
Is Ghan Eden smoke-free?
Yes — the entire property is smoke-free.
